Premium Forwarding Service Residential® Refund Request
Please fill in the information below regarding the Premium Forwarding Service Residential® (PFS-Residential®) service transaction(s) for which you are requesting a refund. You must provide:
- The Order Number, Confirmation Number or Tracking Number(s) for the weekly shipment(s) you wish to refund
- The reason for the refund request
Your request will be processed in 2-3 business days. Once your request is processed, you will be notified via email if it was approved or denied. Processing may take longer if additional information is needed.
If approved, allow between 5-7 business days from notification for a refund to be posted to your credit card account. The Premium Forwarding Service® initiation fee is not eligible for a refund. If your refund does not appear during that timeframe, please submit an inquiry.
